If you choose to work with us, you can count on a quick transaction that takes the guesswork out of the proceeds you will be receiving.

• No fees or commission

  Most land owners don't truly know exactly how much will hit their account after closing costs, commissions and other hidden fees in the event of a sale; we change that. Upon an offer acceptance and contract signed, we work with the title company to provide a swift and accurate number that you can count on when it's time to close.

• We handle the paperwork

  Rather than handing off the paperwork to a third party, we physically draft the contract ourselves and work with a title company of your choosing to hold the earnest money deposit. Once you've agreed on the price and terms, we will send the contract directly to you for a signature. No hassle on your end; we will discuss and make any edits necessary.

• We close

  Nowadays, it's nearly impossible to find a company that will stand behind their word and follow through. At Christian Land Partners, what you see is what you get.
