Hi, we're Nick and Christian.
Christian and Nick have known each other for years. Nick actually used to be Christian's manager back when they worked together in real estate investing, raising money and doing deals for someone else's company. They bought apartments, mobile home parks, self-storage, single family and more. You name it, they helped buy it. After a while, they looked at each other and figured: why not do this for ourselves? Between the two of them, they have 20 years of hands-on experience in real estate investment.
We started Christian Land Partners because we wanted to build something that was ours, something we could build for our own families instead of someone else's. At Christian Land Partners, we buy land directly from the owner: no agents, no listings, no back and forth. Just an honest offer and a simple closing. Giving back
Our faith is a big part of why we do what we do. We believe that life is far more important than financial gain and achievement. It is about giving back and helping those who need it most. Amongst those who need it most are kids who are victims of trafficking. Every year, we give a share of what we make to the Tim Tebow Foundation and a few other ministries doing that kind of work. We hope that Christian Land Partners ends up being about a lot more than just the two of us and that we can leave something good behind that outlasts us.
